Instructions for use

Flow to start using the service

We will explain the flow until you use the THE CKB service.
From inquiry to use, you can start as soon as the same day.

STEP1
    • 1

      Listening to customer

      After filling in the inquiry form, you will receive a system notification.

      For customers who wish to join the paid package, the person in charge will contact you by chatwork or email.

      At the meeting, we will hear the reason for the customer's use of our service and confirm the current situation.

      Use consideration/estimate proposal

      After the interview, we will ask you to consider using our services and guide you through the enrollment procedures.
      If you would like an estimate of fees and other costs, we will be happy to make a proposal.

      Membership admission procedure

      We will guide you on the payment process and system registeration procedure.
      The person in charge will hand over to the business staff and proceed with preparations for use.

    Start using

    Create a Chatwork group and have a meeting with the business staff.
    We will explain how to proceed and how to use the system.

Flow from order to product delivery

For normal purchase

STEP1
    • 1

      Order preparation

      The customer decides on the selection of products to be purchased, the design of the materials to be created, etc.
      In the case of D2C sales, please start selling the product at the same time.

STEP2
    • 2

      Order to THE CKB(order)

      Once you have decided on the products and quantities to be purchased, you will place an order within the THE CKB system.

STEP3
    • 3

      Purchase(within the next business day from the order date)

      THE CKB purchasing staff will purchase the products.
      If a product is out of stock, we will purchase the same product from another supplier.

STEP4
    • 4

      Warehousing and inspection(arrival at warehouse and within the same day)

      When the product arrives at our warehouse in China, we will confirm receipt and inspect the product.
      At this point, discrepancies or defects will be automatically exchanged.

STEP5
    • 5

      Inspection, materials attachment, packing(after completion of warehousing - within the same day)

      After re-inspecting the product, we begin the material attachment and packaging work for the non-defective product.
      It is done according to the inspection standard specified by our company. Please contact us if add-ons are required.

STEP6

      Delivery preparation/Delivered(packing completed/shipment request - within the next business day)

      Products that have been packed will be shipped according to the customer's instructions.
      Items that are under D2C will be shipped as soon as they have been inspected, but please contact us if you would like to ship them together to the same destination.

STEP7

    Arrival (Delivered - 3 days minimum, maximum 2 weeks)

    D2C sales: Direct delivery to end users (airmail only, delivery company is Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport)
    B2B sales: Delivery to designated delivery destination (both air and sea transportation are possible)

When proceeding with OEM/ODM

      Consultation on OEM/ODM products(material creation in some cases)

      Submit an OEM quotation request in the system and proceed with product creation while consulting with the business staff.

STEP2
    • 2

      Quotation request/Sample production

      The customer will start ordering samples with the desired quotation. We will respond to your request for confirmation of the sample, such as sending photos and the actual product.

    • 3

      Start of bulk production

      Bulk production will start.

STEP4

      Warehousing and inspection(arrival at warehouse and within the same day)

      When the product arrives at our warehouse in China, we will confirm receipt and inspect the product.
